Moeryae Sunshine Smith
Editorial & Adventure Photographer | Travel & Cultural Storytelling

For over a decade, I’ve been capturing the world through my lens and journals — from the jungles of Central America to the mountains of New Zealand. I’ve taught the craft of medium-format film out of Ansel Adams’ personal darkroom, choked on smoke while videoing Tanzanian locals in a thatch hut and covered countless fairs, festivals, and concerts closer to home.

Whether deep in the wilderness or in the middle of a parade, my work is guided by two forces: the energy of connection, and the quiet rhythm of nature that grounds us all.

There is light in every moment – and everyone.
